Nestled within the historic Victoria and Albert Halls on Station Square, the Hub is a welcoming venue for residents and visitors alike. Since its opening in 2021 by His Majesty The King (then Duke of Rothesay), it has become a central point for celebrating local heritage, hosting events, and supporting community initiatives.
The Hub provides a wide range of practical services, including design and printing solutions, and acts as the Village Box Office for local events. It also serves as an information hub, promoting and coordinating activities across Ballater. From fundraising book sales to recycling and repurposing efforts, the Hub fosters a spirit of sustainability and shared community responsibility.
Designed to support collaboration, the Hub offers meeting and office space equipped with modern amenities such as a large touch-screen TV and printing facilities. These resources make it an ideal location for local groups and organizations to gather, plan, and deliver projects that benefit the wider community.
